Ingredients

  • 1 small purple cabbage, sliced thinly
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 small red onion, sliced thinly
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together sliced purple cabbage, grated carrot, sliced red bell pepper, and sliced red onion.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, agave syrup, sesame oil, fresh lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour dressing over the veggies and toss until well coated.

  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve chilled.
