How To Make Vegan Green Bean Casserole Recipe
An updated classic dish that is plant-based and delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 2 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.

In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms and onions until they are soft.

In a separate bowl, mix coconut milk and cornstarch together.

Add the green beans to the skillet and continue sautéing until they are bright green.

Sprinkle nutritional yeast, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into your coconut milk mixture. Whisk until smooth.

Pour your coconut milk mixture over the green bean mixture. Make sure it’s well mixed.

Transfer everything into a baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
