How To Make Vegan Brownies
Turning vegan may look challenging for some, especially for those who can’t turn their eyes away from meat. But they just haven’t found these sumptuous vegan recipes that even non-vegans will surely enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the applesauce, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
