How To Make Vanilla Bean and Peach Crumble Recipe

- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes
- 1 vanilla bean, scraped
- Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut peaches into bite-sized pieces and place them in a small baking dish.
