How To Make Vanilla Bean and Cinnamon Granola Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, honey, vanilla extract, and the seeds scraped from 1 vanilla bean pod.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the granola is golden brown and crispy.
