Golden Pineapple & Vanilla Iced Tea Recipe

How To Make Golden Pineapple & Vanilla Iced Tea

  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 tea bags (black or green tea)
  • 1 cup of golden pineapple chunks
  • 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • Ice cubes, for serving
  • Pineapple slices and mint leaves, for garnish


  1. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.

  2. Remove the tea bags and discard. Stir in the pineapple chunks, vanilla bean seeds, and honey. Let it cool to room temperature.

  3. Strain the tea mixture into a pitcher, discarding the pineapple chunks and vanilla bean.

  4. Refrigerate the tea for at least 2 hours to chill.

  5. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice. Garnish with pineapple slices and mint leaves.
