
How To Make Golden Pineapple & Vanilla Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 4 cups of water
- 4 tea bags (black or green tea)
- 1 cup of golden pineapple chunks
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 2 tbsp of honey
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Pineapple slices and mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.

Remove the tea bags and discard. Stir in the pineapple chunks, vanilla bean seeds, and honey. Let it cool to room temperature.

Strain the tea mixture into a pitcher, discarding the pineapple chunks and vanilla bean.

Refrigerate the tea for at least 2 hours to chill.

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice. Garnish with pineapple slices and mint leaves.
