Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mashed avocados, jalapeno pepper, green onions, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the avocado mixture evenly among the tortillas and spread it out in a thin layer.

  3. Top the avocado mixture with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced black olives.

  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice each wrap in half.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
