How To Make Rhubarb & ginger jam
A sweet and tangy jam infused with the flavors of rhubarb and ginger.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 500g rhubarb, chopped
- 400g granulated sugar
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions

In a large pot, combine the rhubarb, sugar, grated ginger, and lemon juice.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the rhubarb has softened and the sugar has dissolved, about 10 minutes.

Increase the heat to high and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook for 30-35 minutes, until the jam thickens and reaches the desired consistency.

Remove from heat and let the jam cool slightly.

Transfer the jam to sterilized jars and seal tightly. Allow the jam to cool completely before refrigerating.
