How To Make Molten Cheese-Stuffed Burgers

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard
Instructions

Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions.

Form each portion into a thin patty.

Place a slice of cheddar cheese in the center of 4 patties.

Top with the remaining 4 patties and seal the edges, making sure the cheese is completely enclosed.
