How To Make Mini Toad-in-the-Holes
A delicious appetizer with sausages wrapped in a fluffy Yorkshire pudding batter.

Ingredients
- 8 sausages
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the sausages in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, eggs, and milk until smooth.

Remove the sausages from the oven and carefully pour the batter over each sausage, filling about 3/4 of the way.

Drizzle the oil over the sausages and return to the oven. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the batter is golden and puffed up.
