How To Make Lamb Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc.)
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix ground lamb, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the lamb burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Serve the lamb burgers on the toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
