How To Make Lamb Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground lamb, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Cook the lamb burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  6. Serve the lamb burgers on the toasted buns with your favorite toppings.
