How To Make Moroccan Spiced Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp of ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Cilantro, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.

  3. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.

  4. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until it turns pink and is cooked through.

  5. Serve with lemon wedges and chopped cilantro, if desired.
