How To Make Low Calorie Raspberry Cake Recipe

A light and fluffy raspberry cake that’s low in calories but high in flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 6 inch cake pan with cooking spray.

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar and continue to beat until mixture is pale in color.

  3. Add flour, baking powder, vanilla extract and Greek yogurt to the mixture. Mix until ingredients are well combined.

  4. Fold in raspberries.

  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25 minutes.

  6. Allow cake to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
