Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a simmer over medium heat.

  2. Stir in the oats and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the dark chocolate chips until melted.

  4. Divide the porridge into bowls and top with chopped pistachios.

  5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with vanilla extract.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
