Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 4 cups almond milk
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 pears, peeled and diced
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions

In a saucepan, bring the almond milk to a simmer. Stir in the rolled oats and cook for 10-12 minutes until creamy.

Remove from heat and stir in the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

In a separate pan, toast the walnuts over medium heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

Divide the porridge into serving bowls and top with diced pear, toasted walnuts, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
