Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 pears, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the almond milk to a simmer. Stir in the rolled oats and cook for 10-12 minutes until creamy.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

  3. In a separate pan, toast the walnuts over medium heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

  4. Divide the porridge into serving bowls and top with diced pear, toasted walnuts, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
