Ingredients

  • 1 lb skirt steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.

  2. Add sliced skirt steak to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.

  3. Add sliced bell peppers, onions, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

  4. Squeeze lime juice over the fajitas and stir to combine.

  5. Plate up and garnish with fresh cilantro.
