
How To Make Spinach Feta Turkey Burgers
Lighter than beef but still packing a ton of flavor, these turkey burgers have crumbled feta for some saltiness and fresh spinach for nutrition.

Ingredients
- 1cupfresh spinach,chopped
- 1clovegarlic,minced
- ½yellow onion,grated
- 1tspdried oregano
- ½tspkosher salt
- ¼tspground black pepper
- ¼lbfeta crumbles
- 1lbground turkey
- 4hamburger buns
- green leaf lettuce
- 1tomato,sliced
- ½cupGreek yogurt
- ½lemon,juiced
- ¼tspkosher salt
- 2pinchground black pepper
Instructions

Mix the spinach, garlic, onion, oregano, salt, pepper, feta and turkey together in a bowl until just combined.

Shape into 4 patties, 1-inch thick.

Heat a heavy skillet or cast iron skillet on pan to medium-high.

Add the patties and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Do not keep flipping them over.

Toast the hamburger buns lightly.

Mix the yogurt, lemon, salt and pepper in a bowl and add to the buns.

Top with lettuce, onion and the turkey patty.
