How To Make Keto Ground Beef and Kale Salad
A low-carb and protein-packed salad that’s perfect for a ketogenic diet.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside to cool.

In a large salad bowl, add the chopped kale, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

Add the cooled ground beef to the salad bowl and toss with the dressing.

Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
