How To Make Honey-Mustard Steamed Green Medley
A delicious and healthy side dish that combines the sweetness of honey with the tanginess of mustard, steamed to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add green beans and asparagus and steam for 5-7 minutes, or until tender-crisp.

While the vegetables are steaming, in a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Remove the steamed vegetables from the pot and transfer to a serving dish.

Drizzle the honey-mustard sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
