Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (any white fish like Rohu or Bhetki)
- 4 tbsp mustard oil
- 2 tbsp mustard seeds
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions

Grind mustard seeds, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and yogurt to make a smooth paste.

Marinate the fish fillets with this mustard paste and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish on medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice.
