How To Make Griddled Salad Jar

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, grilled and diced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle pan over medium heat.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.

  5. Divide the salad evenly into 4 jars, placing the dressing on the bottom and layering the ingredients on top.

  6. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  7. When ready to eat, shake the jar to distribute the dressing and enjoy!
