How To Make Griddled Salad Jar

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, grilled and diced
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat a griddle pan over medium heat.

In a large bowl, combine the grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.

Divide the salad evenly into 4 jars, placing the dressing on the bottom and layering the ingredients on top.

Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.
