Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chopped carrots
  • 2 cups of chopped celery
  • 2 cups of chopped potatoes
  • 2 cups of chopped cauliflower
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • 2 tsp of thyme
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all the chopped vegetables into the slow cooker.

  2. Add minced garlic, vegetable broth, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or until vegetables are soft and cooked through.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
