- 2 cups of chopped carrots

- 2 cups of chopped potatoes
- 2 cups of chopped cauliflower
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 2 tsp of thyme
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
Instructions
