How To Make Gluten-Free Marble Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup gluten-free cake flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray or butter.

In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add half of the flour mixture to the butter and egg mixture, mix well.

Add the milk and mix in the remaining flour mixture.

Stir in vanilla extract.

Transfer 1/3 of the batter to another bowl and mix with the unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix well.
