How To Make Gluten-Free Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 medium apples, peeled and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the apples, sugar, oil, applesauce, and eggs.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
