Ingredients

  • 8 oz gluten-free pasta
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook gluten-free pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a food processor, blend basil, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and garlic until finely chopped.

  3. While the food processor is running, slowly pour in olive oil and blend until smooth.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Drain cooked pasta and toss with pesto sauce.

  6. Serve immediately.
