  • 8 oz gluten-free linguine
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add thyme and rosemary to the skillet and stir to combine.

  4. Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss with the garlic and herb mixture until evenly coated.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot.
