How To Make Gluten-Free Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bread loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour mix, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine the honey, olive oil, eggs, and warm water. Mix well.

Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stirring until well combined.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
