  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, egg, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Transfer mixture to the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

  4. Bake for 60-70 minutes, until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
