How To Make Dumplings
These dumplings are a delicious and comforting treat, perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/4 cup minced green onions
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Gradually add water until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

In another bowl, combine the ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is about 1/8 inch thick. Cut out circles using a round cookie cutter or a glass.

Place a spoonful of the pork mixture onto each dough circle. Fold the dough in half and pinch the edges to seal.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for 10 minutes, or until they float to the surface.

Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
