These roast potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making them the perfect side dish.

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well coated.

  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, turning once halfway through cooking.
