Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, and chopped chives to the mixing bowl. Toss everything together until pasta is coated in dressing.

  4. Serve cold or at room temperature.
