Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds small potatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cover potatoes with cold water and season with salt. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. Drain potatoes and let cool.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.

  4. Once potatoes have cooled, gently fold in the chives, dill, and dressing.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve chilled.
