How To Make Chive and Dill Potato Salad Recipe
Classic potato salad with flavorful chives and dill, perfect for summer picnics and gatherings!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds small potatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, cover potatoes with cold water and season with salt. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Drain potatoes and let cool.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
