How To Make Homemade Mac and Cheese

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the macaroni according to the package directions, then drain and set aside.
