How To Make Buckwheat Galettes
These savory galettes made with buckwheat flour are a delicious and gluten-free alternative to traditional pancakes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups water
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 4 slices ham
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs, for garnish
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the buckwheat flour, salt, water, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet, spreading it out into a thin circle.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.

In a separate skillet, fry the ham slices until heated through.

In the same skillet, fry the eggs until cooked to your desired doneness.

Place a slice of ham and a fried egg on each galette. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh herbs.
