How To Make Blueberry & Orange Traybake Pancake
A delicious and vibrant pancake baked with blueberries and infused with zesty orange flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, orange juice, melted butter, vanilla extract, egg, and orange zest.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing into squares.

Serve the blueberry & orange traybake pancakes with maple syrup or dust with powdered sugar.
