How To Make Pea & Ham Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of pasta
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 8 oz of cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add the frozen peas and cooked ham to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes or until the peas are heated through.

  4. Stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, tossing to combine all the ingredients.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
