How To Make Grape and Walnut Chicken Salad
A refreshing and healthy salad packed with protein and flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Let it cool and dice into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, walnuts, grapes, mixed greens, red onion, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
