  • 1/2 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together tamarind concentrate and honey.

  3. Pour the tamarind mixture over the mango mixture and stir to combine.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
