How To Make Chickpea Flour Crepes

Thin, crispy and delicious crepes made with chickpea flour.

Cooking: 20 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chickpea flour
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp of chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp of oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chickpea flour, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder.

  2. Slowly add water and whisk until smooth.

  3. Add chopped coriander and mix well.

  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with oil.

  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter and spread evenly to form a thin crepe.

  6. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  8. Serve with your favorite filling and enjoy!
