How To Make Chickpea Flour Frittata Recipe
A healthy alternative to traditional frittatas, made with gluten-free chickpea flour and packed with protein.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and water until well combined.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onion and red bell pepper and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.

Pour the chickpea flour mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the frittata is cooked through.

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
