How To Make Chilli Marrakech

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
