Ingredients

  • 2 cans of sardines, drained
  • 4 cups of mixed greens
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, red onion, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and olives.

  2. Add drained sardines on top of the salad.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  4. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
