Ingredients

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Season the Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the Mahi Mahi fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, honey, parsley, and basil.

  5. Pour the citrus herb sauce over the cooked Mahi Mahi fillets.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
