Ingredients
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
