  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season Mahi Mahi fillets with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet.

  3. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they flake easily with a fork.
