How To Make Herring Ceviche Recipe
A tangy and flavorful seafood dish using fresh herring and citrus juice.

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh herring, filleted and deboned
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Cut the herring fillets into small pieces and place in a bowl.

Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper to the bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
