- 4 fish fillets (such as salmon or snapper)
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine diced avocados, tomato, red onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
