How To Make Hole Mole’s Fish Tacos
Crispy battered fish taco topped with fresh salsa and creamy avocado sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 12 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup diced fresh tomato
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.

Slowly stir in beer and vegetable oil until a smooth batter forms.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with vegetable oil.

Dip fish fillets into the batter, then place them in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.

In a small bowl, mash avocado with sour cream and hot sauce to make the sauce.

Warm tortillas in the skillet, then top with fish, salsa, and avocado sauce.
