How To Make Lemon & Parsley Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the lemon and parsley mixture.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
