How To Make Rose Water Almond Cake
A delicate and fragrant cake, infused with rose water and topped with crunchy sliced almonds.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 8-inch cake pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and rose water.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and whisk until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
