How To Make Division Bell Cocktail

Whip up a cold glass of division bell cocktail to impress your guests. Enjoy the soothing flavors of mezcal, aperol, and maraschino liqueur.

  • ice
  • 1 fl oz mezcal
  • 3⁄4 fl oz aperol, (bitter orange Italian aperitif)
  • ½ fl oz maraschino liqueur
  • 3⁄4 fl oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 grapefruit twist, preferably spiral-cut, for garnish


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
  4. Serve.
